Accessibility Statement

This statement was last updated on July 28th 2025.

We at Westeholme Lodge (westeholmelodge.co.uk) are working to make our site accessible to everyone, including  people with disabilities.

What web accessibility is

We aim to follow the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA standards to ensure that our website is usable by as many people as possible. This includes efforts to make our site navigable by keyboard, readable by screen readers, and friendly to users with visual, hearing, or cognitive impairments.

Accessibility adjustments on this site

We have adapted this site in accordance with WCAG 2.1 guidelines, and have made the site accessible to the level of AA. This site's contents have been adapted to work with assistive technologies, such as screen readers and keyboard use. As part of this effort, we have also:

  • Regularly checking our site for accessibility issues.

  • Using accessible design elements and layouts.

  • Following best practices for contrast, font size, and alt text.

Requests, issues, and suggestions

If you find an accessibility issue on the site, or if you require further assistance, you are welcome to contact us through the organization's accessibility coordinator:
